Welcome to our University track and field team! Whether you're an experienced track & field athlete, looking to make an entry into the competitive scene, or are simply looking to improve your fitness with a friendly and supportive group, join our team to become a part of a community that will commit to help you achieve your personal sporting goals and ensure you're enjoying yourself along the journey. We've got a proven track record (pun intended!) of helping our committed athletes smash records and hit new heights, for example, previously supporting Olympian and British indoor long jump record holder Jazmin Sawyers. Working with the local Bristol & West Athletics Club we run training sessions 3 times a week: on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. This follows a program that develops throughout the year, covering technique, power, speed, and stamina to ensure that the athletes that commit to training with us maximise their ability to perform and hit personal bests at each of the various events we attend. We also offer strength & conditioning training on Wednesdays which, alongside individual training, helps maximise performance in that key aspect.
